Vultra, also known as Darth Vulcan, was the last Chief of State of the New Republic and the first Emperor of the Imperial Empire. He was a Dark Lord of the Sith that followed the Rule of Three and was considered by his masters and apprentices to be the most powerful Sith Lord.
