GB-6187C-9 (also known as Energy Cell 9) is the final of nine Energy Cells in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Immediately after destroying the Mining cannon and acquiring the Nova Beam, Samus must return to the Phazon Quarry through Drill Shaft 2, which will grant her access to the area with the Cell. Removing it from its station will disable a shield, allowing Samus to leave the mines quicker.
