The Prairie Witch was a mystic who plagued Opal City during the 1940s. She clashed with the original Starman several a few times, but after suffering two defeats at Starman’s hands, she went into retirement. Decades later she appeares again to assist Culp in a ritual against Starman’s successor and son. Her powers consist of sorcery and occultism.
