Llane's Oath is reputedly the Alliance Gunship patrolling above Lorthuna's Gate in Deepholm. It is not identified as such within the game, either as a subzone, or in NPC or quest text. It is possible this was a name that only existed within the beta of the Cataclysm expansion that never made it to the live version.
