Per Inge Torkelsen (b. 1953) is a Norwegian comedian, magician, actor, author, politician and self-declared clown. He has been the Norwegian champion in stage magic, the host of children's TV shows and also guest appeared on Sesam Stasjon, the Norwegian co-production of Sesame Street, where he tried to goad Py to hatch from her egg and ended up (inadvertently) naming her.
