Soren Tapia is an Advanced Tactical and Reconnaissance commando from the 15th Tactical Battalion of the Systems Alliance Terra Corps' 103th Tactical Division. Though young compared to his peers, Soren proved himself as one of the most skilled commandos and powerful biotics in the ATR.
