Plagados is the name of the moon of planet Char, the base of the Zerg swarm. It is now the "Laboratory" for Cerebrate Artaz'Xorn to invent new creatures for its Neo Swarm. Plagados seems to be a planet full with radioactive crystals, which Artaz'Xorn uses them for mutating species it finds from every planets its forces had searched.
