Goblin Chefs are a type of goblin in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. They are exactly the same as their standard goblin counterparts apart from the chef's hat they wear. They will always flee from the Hero, and carry ingredients instead of lockpicks. Cooked rats are often found above a fire somewhere near to the goblin chef. They usually focus on making the Goblins' signature food - Rat Meat.
