Since they're in full-time education, students normally have no form of income and are forced to live in shacks near their campus. Building no rent housing, enacting universal Free Housing, and/or giving the students Social Security will help them live better and be happier while in school. If relations with the Intellectuals fall too low, students will begin protesting against the government and refusing to go to class. Until the protests stop, no student will earn experience or graduate.
