Unity Three Starbase was a Unity type base under construction in high orbit over Azkapanama, in the Beta Quadrant. Krant was a checkpoint for convoys delivering construction supplies to Unity Three. (Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Wagon Train to the Stars") Upon completion of the spaceside facility, the command of the station was handed over to Rear Admiral Tara Whitten. The 182nd Tactical Fighter Wing was based out of Unity Three. The ground-based facility was the site of the Battle of Azkapanama. (Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Murder Grove")
