Richard Vogel, Jr is a character in DEXTER. He is the younger brother of Daniel Vogel and the youngest son of Evelyn Vogel and Richard Vogel, Sr. Daniel (who is known today as Oliver Saxon) kills Richard in a swimming pool and his parents help him cover up the murder, though they send Daniel away to a mental institution for treatment.
