Yoshi Village is a peaceful village inhabited by Yoshis of every color, who are always chasing their kids out of the dangerous jungle. The plump Yoshi mayor is in contact with Raphael the Raven, and a small number of Ravens live in a towering tree here. There is a very helpful Inn and Shop here, so stock up on items. Some gamers believe Yoshi Village is where the game Yoshi's Island began. However, that took place on the actual Yoshi's Island, not Lavalava Island
