The Microscopic Zoo was one of the projects built by the Brobots. It was exactly what the name implied: a microscopic zoo which rested on the head of a pin, which itself was held in a huge set of tweezers under a giant microscope. The zoo is known to include a camel, monkey, seal and elephant; it is unknown whether these animals were miniaturized or genetically engineered on a microscopic scale. Phineas noted that a microscopic newspaper machine outside the zoo mentioned that it was turning a "record profit", raising the question of microscopic people. There may even be a microscopic city on the pin, with its own population blissfully unaware of what "microscopic" means.
