Herun first met Tansy in the Daymarket. He went there together with his mother and Ilony Cooper, while Rebakah Cooper was there with Tansy. After Crookshank didn't meet the Shadow Snake's demands following Rolond's death, the Snake took Herun to get Crookshank to pay after all. However, this strategy didn't work and the Provost's Guard had to find and free Herun. The Dogs involved in this were Matthias Tunstall, Clara Goodwin, Rebakah Cooper and Ersken Westover.
