The Horizon Project is a secretive section of the Horizon corporation that is rumored to have a heavy influence on the day to day activities of Horizon. The original Horizon Group think tank eventually became the Horizon Project, although no one knows exactly what the Project is or why the Horizon Group is working on it. There are also rumors that the Horizon Project is actually The Consensus.
