Dr. Uroff-Koltoff (played by Alex Diakun) is a doctor who worked for Franz Tomczeszyn at his house at 2502 Bellflower Road. He made illegal attempts to transplant Tomczeszyn's head to a new body. However he failed when Scully and the Other Agents interfered with the operation, later once arrested the newspaper declared him a modern day Frankenstein. He is the main antagonist of the film.
