Wellyn was a halfling 10 year old boy before he was cruelly murdered by a dwarf known as Llynis. His killer also stole his teddy bear, meaning he couldn't be at rest after his untimely death. In Baldur's Gate II, he will approach you when you first arrive at night in the Athkatla Graveyard district. He will ask you to retrieve his 'Littleman the Stuffed Bear' from his murderer Lynis.
