User can manipulate the abstracts (or concept) of air/wind. This can have many feats, including generating air that is harmful to breathe, winds that can form inside of a vacuum, harm things that can absorb or are immune to air/winds, generate winds that can interact with blocked/separated matter, prevent winds from freezing, and much more.
