The European War has been over since 1941. Britain and Germany reached a settlement granting Germany control over Norway, the low countries and Poland. France regained its independence in 1943 but its puppet leader remains a close ally of Germany. The Jews have basically been eradicated. The Soviet Union was invaded by Germany and Moscow was taken after 3 months of combat. It is now an occupied area of Germany. Japan who considered a war against America decides against it and instead sweeps the European powers from South East Asia. They defeat China in 1947 and raze Peking. The Japanese control large swaths of Chinese land and the Dutch East Indies and Indochina.
