Luther Fenwick is the owner of a giant corporation known as Fenwick Corporation. He, along with two other tycoons, was once threatened by a terrorist going by the name of Doctor Pelagian, who attempted to get him to shut his factories down, so as to stop the pollution problems of the oceans.
