Ūsā Rosenman (ウーザー ローズんマン, Ūsā Rōzunman) is a Quincy of mixed nationality; specifically Japanese and German. She is one of the few remaining Echt (純血統 (エヒト), Ehito; German for "Real", Japanese for "Pure-Blooded") Quincy that remain alive in the Human world, and is descended from the prestigious Rosenman clan of Quincy in Germany. Her family moved from Germany to North America, settling in the United States of America during her early childhood, specifically Seattle, Washington, where she currently resides.
