Alliance Atlantis was one of the production companies involved in producing Earth: Final Conflict. The company was formed in 1998 as a merger of Alliance Communications and Atlantis. In 2007, Alliance Atlantis was acquired by Canwest Global Communications (now Shaw Media). Its film business now operates independently as Alliance Films and its television business as Echo Bridge Entertainment. Alliance Atlantis was also one of the production companies involved with The Adventures of Sinbad.
