The Redwood shortbow is the second strongest shortbow and can use arrows up to Dragon. The redwood shortbow requires a Ranged level of 110 or higher to wield. Members can make a redwood shortbow through the Fletching skill at level 105. First, a player must cut an unstrung redwood shortbow from Redwood logs, granting 400 Fletching experience. Then, the player must string the unstrung magic shortbow with a bow string, granting a further 300 experience. After the string is attached to the bow it turns golden because of the magical effect of the logs.
