Concordia/Discordia art collective was formed in 2005 as a result of various callaborations between Sacramento, CA based artists. The name Concordia/Discordia comes from Concordia and Discordia who were sisters in Greek Mythology, and is used to describe the union of harmony and chaos amongst artists. Its' initial and most notable project, (titled Concordia/Discordia) was funded by Arts Council of Great Britain and focussed on exploring the difference between artists/founders Richard St.Ofle and graciela. guardado.
