John "Blake" Roosevelt (B. May 6th 2167, D. December 5th 2208) was a Canadian serial killer, terrorist and one of the founding members of the Confederate Army of America (now Republic of Joseph) who was the mastermind behind the November 4th War, An attack on America which resulted in millions of casualties, the destruction of Denver and Omaha, and trillions of dollars in damage. Raised in the city of Vancouver, Blake was a member of the Canadian Air Force and flew the world's first aircraft fueled by liquid.
