Dipper the Dolphin is complex 47's aqua hero and Metrotown's defense against any nautical villainy. Sporting some ultra high-tech weaponry Dipper can deliver a house-load of pain to any villain fool enough to cross him. When he's not fighting evil, Dipper enjoys playing with the neighborhood kids in the local swimming pool.
