Øyvind Borgmeon Lyse is a Norwegian voice actor who provided voices for the Norwegian version of Thomas & Friends. He also provides voices for many Norwegian versions of television shows, including: "Bob the Builder", "Wizards of Waverly Place", "The Suite Life on Deck", "Phineas and Ferb", "Spongebob Squarepants", "Camp Lazlo", the Norwegian TV show called "Mama Moo", and many more. He also provides voices for the Norwegian version of the "Ratchet and Clank" video games.
