Helaspont Station consisted of a cylindrical primary hull from which jutted two crossover bridges that terminated in smaller cylindrical secondary hulls. These "arms" were known as the Aegean Sea and the Sea of Marmara, respectively. Both arms had several docking bays, and housed civilian establishments and services. The Sea of Marmara arm hosted the restaurant Sur Le Mer Coucher. The station also boasted offices atop the main cylinder, residential and crew quarters, at least one shuttlebay, and an arboretum.
