An unnamed Site Manager pestered Rakesh Kotecha for payment in March 2016, as he was converting Mill Cottage into flats for Rakesh. Rakesh was struggling for cash but promised the site manager the money believing he had sold one of the flats. Work had to stop as the electricity went out as Rakesh has failed to pay the bill.
