Ian Charles Boucher Taylor (born 24 September 1954 in Bromsgrove) is a former England field hockey player, and the chief executive of sportscotland. He then became CEO of London Irish Holdings, improving the on and off field activities of the Rugby Club. He won a gold medal with the Great Britain and Northern Ireland squad at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, during which he was a teacher at Bromsgrove School. Four years earlier, at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, he won a bronze medal.
