The Shatter Bomb Boost is a Boost Device for Recon agents. It is a much larger, more powerful version of the EMP Bomb. As a Boost device, it can only be used when the Morale Bar is full. 4 seconds after activating the Shatter Bomb Boost, it will detonate (1s longer than the EMP Bomb). All deployables (including pets) within range are instantly destroyed, while anything else becomes stunned for a short duration. The detonation range is very clearly delineated during the 4 second fuse time, and the bomb itself makes a very distinct sound - it very clearly advertises the imminent explosion. Many groups doing Ultra max missions will bring along a "shattercon": a recon designed to get large amounts of morale to deploy as many shatter bombs as possible.
