Red Six was the callsign of the sixth member of Red Squadron. There were a number of starfighter squadrons with this name, and several beings went by the name Red Six. Jek Tono Porkins used the callsign when he flew with the Rebel Alliance's Red Squadron during the Battle of Yavin. Jek was killed in the assault against the first Death Star after his T-65 X-wing starfighter was destroyed by the Death Star's guns.
