Milodestus is often accompanied by a fairly large group of Outcasts. He will charm a nearby Reef Lurker, which may become a level 15 Dire Crab or a level 15 Elder Crab. Occasionally the nearby group of Naga will kill Milodetus and the rest of his mob, leaving the lvl 15 Elder or Dire Crab there, ready to be Charmed.
