The Dawn Treader was the flagship of Koro Ressor, head of the Black Knights. It lead the fleet into many battles, however the two that made the ship come closest to being destroyed are recorded. The ship was a Nebulon-B frigate that the New Republic had decided to abandon. It was told to the public of Tatooine that the first to get the weapon systems on line got it. Koro Ressor had wanted a ship that he could customize and bring into the battles. The blockade above Tatooine tried to prevent the fleet of the Black Knights from leaving the system. However, the fleet had enough power to blow a hole in their defense and escape. Their home base was unable to be found, since a cloaked scanner in space detected when they would run a scan.
