The Yellow Carpet is a lemon-yellow building-block with the texture of a rough cloth. It has the size of a full block, not just a thin flat cloth. It can be crafted in your Crafting Menu (default key "Q") or at Crafting Tables (that still exist) in worlds created before R22 on September 16th 2015, but only after the recipe has been unlocked upon taking Shredded Leaves for the first time (made from any kind of tree-leaves in a Processor).
