Agent Nemia is an assassin in the Department of Mary Sues, Doctor Who Division. She is partnered with Karma and was written by karma_kalisutah. Nemia half believes that her life in the PPC is a dream, since whenever she goes to sleep at HQ, she wakes up in her home world, where badfic isn't real; and when she goes to sleep there, she wakes up at HQ. Badfic affects her strongly, so she spends a lot of time sleeping. She's a bit of an escapist.
