Rhonda is a Whatnot woman who appears in The Jim Henson Hour episode "Power." Leon brings her to Kermit in the show's cold open, extolling her virtues as a singer. She proves her pipes by shattering several monitors in Muppet Central (and then asking in a deep voice if that means she doesn't get the job). When Lindbergh asks what caused the damage, Kermit uses the instant replay, and Rhonda's voice breaks the one hitherto undamaged monitor.
