Raymond Carter is a former NASCAR driver from Henry, VA. He competed in ten Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning two top-tens. Carter's debut came in 1964, when he competed at Moyock. Starting 11th in the field of seventeen, Carter fell out of the race very early but still managed a 14th place run.
