Probably not .... though never mentioned, but in logic, a human can't turn a Vizard because they are not a Shinigami, unless if a human with a full potential of a Shinigami and able to overcome the Hollowfication process and they might be able to become a Vizard .... remember that Vizard are a Shinigami which have gone through Hollowfication process .... otherwise, a normal human aren't possible ....
