The Imperial Navy General Headquarters, commonly known as Naval GHQ, was the high command of the Galactic Empire's Imperial Navy, located on Coruscant. They coordinated most of the Imperial Navy's fleet movements and operations, and they also had direct control of the Imperial Navy Special Operations. Though the Navy General Headquarters worked closely with the Imperial Army General Headquarters, they constantly had disagreements with their army counterparts.
