The adventurers finally arrive at Haven and Parlainth. They proceed to have a look around, when Neffy and D'zurr are accosted by the town guard at a local bawdy tavern (which turned out to be a brothel named "The Painted Tart" and was mistaken to be a bakery). Neffy was arrested after accusations of being a Horror. To console Neffy, D'zurr brought some cake (with a secret file in it), but it was consumed by the guard ("No cakes for Horrors. Omnomnom."). A retired adventurer approached the group and said that he knew of a way to prove that Neffy was not a Horror. He soon described a location deep within Parlainth that had a hidden dungeon, and inside was a device called the Astral Sextant.
