Hino Jinsaku (火野 神作 Hino Jinsaku?) is a character introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is a serial killer with a multiple personality disorder. Jinsaku escapes imprisonment and during the course of the Angel Fall Arc his submissive personality takes over. Due to his tendency to call out to his "Angel-sama", he becomes the first suspect of Angel Fall's activation and the primary antagonist of the first half of the arc. He does not appear in the anime adaptation.
