The Speed Boys are a group of criminals who are known for using very fast getaway cars for their crimes. In Littleville the happened to go on a crime spree the same day that Robby Reed's H dial started to matle function and he started to turn into villains rather then heroes. They first tried to steal a racing horse named Whirl-o-Rama that is worth millions of dollars from the Littleville racing track. but Robby's new villain form got there in time and defeated them. Only for him to steal it himself. Later they stole a experimental new racing car but then Robby in another villain form steals it from them. Finally they try to steal an experimental boat from the pier but Robby stops them again.
