The Thread Cutters are a Legacy that has dedicated itself to administering the end of things that have outlived their purpose within what they call the Great Law. They claim that because of their hubris, the mage-lords of Atlantis tried to escape their measurement, a deed that wrecked the whole Tapestry. The Thread Cutters are determined to not letting this happen again.
