Black Dart Draren is a Dunmer commoner in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal. He lives in Old Mournhold: Temple Sewers West and is a member of the Black Dart Gang. He and the rest of the gang members mugged Narisa Adus and killed her husband. He has a crate on a ledge in the gang's hideout that contains excellent loot including Adamantium Boots.
