Bill Suplee plays the role of Willie the One-Eyed Mailman on My Name is Earl. Bill started his career while working with the Summer stock theatre and on Broadway, where he met his wife. Before his role on Earl, he had no film or television acting credits. He is the father of Ethan Suplee, who plays Randy Hickey on the show. Season 5 premiere would have, among other things, reveal that Willie was actually Randy's real father.
