"A Little Bit" is a song about how little things grow a little bit each day, and how the world keeps on going, with things like sunsets and sunrises still happening every day. It was later sung by Lillian, Lea Salonga, Big Bird, a duck, and the Birdketeers in a season 25 episode. The song was also performed by the cast at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 1996 (with new verses promoting literacy) and 2001.
