__NOWYSIWYG__ Moolao is the unimportant and toffee-nosed person in Noise City. He thinks he is better than everybody and does what ever he likes and thinks he owns the place. After you became the meister, he said he's too lazy to become one. After you completed the World Grand Prix, he was too lazy to enter. This claims that he is a really stupid character in the game.
