Ranjit Hibson was a Manticoran citizen and the older brother of Susan Hibson. He was born to Kalindi and Liesell Hibson a few years before Susan was born, and travelled a lot during his youth due to his parents' employment with Gryphon Minerals, Ltd. and the Hauptman Cartel. He and his sister were caught in the Attica Avalanche on Gryphon, but both of them survived because Susan was able to dig a tunnel to the surface and get help. (HHA2.4: THWH)
