Rafe Unger, also known as "Data", was a member of Griff's gang. He wore a computerized breastplate that could produce certain sound effects — such as a chicken when the gang used this insult against Marty McFly. His hoverboard was of the No Tech series. He was apparently arrested after the gang crashed into the courthouse mall during their hoverboard pursuit of Marty. Data sported facial markings that looked technological in nature. Whether these are simply ornamental tattoos, actual cybernetics, or simply trendy makeup has never been elaborated on in any officially licensed media.
